Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Eagles have announced the signing of veteran wide receiver Julio Jones, a seven-time Pro Bowl selection and two-time first-team All-Pro pick.  Jones is the second veteran added recently and fits into a wide receiver corps that includes A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Olamide Zaccheaus.

Jones has 903 receptions for 13,629 yards and 81 touchdowns over his 13 NFL seasons. Last year, he caught 24 passes for 299 yards and a pair of scores in 10 games with Tampa Bay. At 6-3, 220 pounds, Jones has great size and experience in every situation, and he will be able to add his big-game pedigree to the offense.

The Eagles expect Jones, known to have a great work ethic to go along with his Hall of Fame talent, to get up to speed sooner rather than later. With three times leading the NFL in receiving yards per game, twice pacing the league in receiving yards for the season, and 2015's 136 receptions, 1,871 yards, and 116.9 yards per game, topping the NFL in all three categories, Jones is sure to make an immediate impact on the team's success this season.
