For summer 2021, Royal Boucherie is launching a new Spritzer Bar with a three-step to summer sipping bliss found in these effervescent and low-ABV cocktails.

The Spritzer Bar, helmed by Service Manager Samantha Seltzer, is the latest addition to the restaurants carefully curated cocktail program, and is rife with brand-new seasonal offerings: In a creative twist on a standard spritz, at Royal Boucherie, guests can select a base Aperitif spirit (Step One), a modifier (Step Two), and a Topper (Step Three) to build their dream libation.
