PHILADELPHIA PA - On Monday, Philadelphia reported 408 new confirmed cases reported since Friday of new Coronavirus cases. Making the averaging COVID-19 cases across the city at 181 new cases per day over the last seven days. This brings the total cases over the past two weeks down 48% in Philadelphia.

 

There were 275 coronavirus patients in Philadelphia hospitals as of Monday, 44 of them on ventilators and 5 deaths.

City-wide, a total of 3,572 residents have now died since the outbreak began of COVID-19.

With the rate of new cases and hospitalizations starting to decline in recent weeks. The city announced its reopening date on June 11. This means that the city will lift most coronavirus restrictions on crowd sizes and capacity limits in restaurants and most businesses.
