PHILADELPHIA, PA — COCHON555, the popular annual heritage breed pork culinary tour which visits cities across the country, will be heading to Philadelphia this May as CARRYOUT WITH COCHON.

virtual and interactive feast will feature unique talents and bring the essence of the event directly into participants’ homes. For one night only, award-winning Chef Jose Garces of Distrito will lead a one-of-a-kind virtual dinner via Zoom, offering participants the opportunity to partake in a unique dining experience that can be enjoyed safely from home. This series was created to continue the Cochon555 tradition of supporting heritage breed pig and local farming and the chefs dedicated to highlighting these ingredients in their restaurants.

As such, custom, multi-course meals will be prepared by Chef Garces with all of the ingredients sourced from local farms paired with wine, spirits, and LaCroix sparkling water. During a 45-minute live Zoom, Chef will demonstrate how to make the featured dishes while the guests cook along from home. The remaining words will be fully pre-prepared, ready to heat and serve. Participants can choose to pick up their meal and beverage kit at Distrito on the day of the event.
