Philadelphia, PA - Philly has ranked as the second-most most traffic-congested region in the United States and fifth in the world for 2020. With Philadelphia drivers losing more than 94 hours due to traffic congestion in 2020 compared to 26 hours nationwide.

The rankings came from Inrix, a leading traffic analytics company, which was released in their annual report.

The findings also showed many drivers staying home and drive less in 2020 due mainly to the coronavirus pandemic and stay-at-home orders.
