PHILADELPHIA, PA – Butcher Bar, the Rittenhouse destination for American comfort food, grilled fare, and an expansive brown spirits collection (located at 2034 Chestnut St), is proud to announce their all-new "Top It Off" pre-fixe brunch. The two-course pre-fixe menu is available for $48 per person and includes brunch cocktails overflowing with refills. The new brunch programming is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. – reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
The reinvigorated menu boasts a variety of savory and sweet dishes like Cinnamon-Sugar French Toast Bites, protein-packed Cheesesteak Breakfast Burrito for meat lovers, or loaded Smoked Salmon Toast. Guests can also choose from a selection of signature cocktails like Westside of Broad, crafted with gin, jalapeño, lime, cucumber, and lavender; The Butterfly Effect, built using tequila, lemon pineapple orange liqueur topped with butterfly pea flower tea; or Johnny Two Step comprised of bourbon cardamaro lemon pomegranate and honey.
In addition to the pre-fixe menu, guests can also enjoy Butcher Bar's standing à la carte brunch options, which include Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich featuring applewood smoked bacon cheddar slaw and house-cute fries, a loaded BLT crafted with applewood smoked bacon beefsteak tomato rosemary aioli served on sourdough with house-cut fries; or the decadent Lump Crab and Black Truffle Hollandaise Eggs Benedict.
