The Downtown Allentown Market has recently added Zachary's BBQ & Soul, a new restaurant located at 27 N. 7th Street. The menu will feature house-made barbecue sauces and rubs. The restaurant's mission is to create authentic, comfort food, accompanied by quality beverages.
The new restaurant will feature authentic soul food prepared by Chef Keith Taylor. The menu features smoked meats served on pit-to-plate-style plates. Customers can order an oversized sandwich or platter and sides share. A grilled Dad's Hat Rye Maple Syrup Sticky Bun will also be available. The market's new restaurants will be open Monday through Tuesday and Wednesday until 8 p.m. on Saturday.
