Their sauce is made with tomatoes, that they grind daily, mixed with sea salt, basil, and olive oil. With a blend of buffalo milk and whole milk mozzarella cheeses, Joe describes the rich taste of cheese you’ll find in every bite. They offer New York, Sicilian, and Grandma style pizzas, all with many variations of toppings and style. The New-York-style pizza is offered in 14 different ways, and here are a few examples: Bianco (white garlic pie with shredded and fresh mozzarella, and ricotta), The New Yorker (red pie topped with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, ricotta, and grated parmesan cheese) and a Margherita (a red pie topped with fresh mozzarella, basil, and olive oil).
