Lahaska, PA  – Holy 'Que Smokehouse, the acclaimed Bucks County BYOB serving authentic Texas-style barbecue, is welcoming the new year with the official launch of brand-new BBQ Brunch, held every Sunday from 12 pm – 4 pm (or until sold out), kicking off on Sunday, January 8. Pitmaster Tom Peters and team are serving up a host of imaginative, mouthwatering brunch dishes such as Pulled Pork Pancakes, Biscuits & Gravy, and more, in addition to complimentary Mimosa and Bloody marys.

Loyal patrons and newcomers of Holy ‘Que Smokehouse can now enjoy platters of pork spare ribs (half/full racks), brats, brisket, and pulled pork, as well as toppling sandwiches such as the Brisket Cheesesteak, Texas Joe, or The Holy Grail, or opt for morning-inspired dishes such as Biscuits & Gravy composed of buttermilk biscuits smothered in country sausage gravy, Chicken & Waffles comprised of a fried chicken breast served on top of two Belgian waffles, Chopped Brisket Breakfast Tacos filled with farm-fresh eggs, chopped brisket, and pico de Gallo & Pulled Pork Pancakes prepared with buttermilk pancakes topped with pulled pork and served with Vermont maple syrup.

Those partaking in BBQ Brunch can expect complimentary libations, including Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s, a variety of beers, and seasonal whiskey-based cocktails. Holy ‘Que Smokehouse is BYOB. Therefore, guests can provide their beverage of choice to pair with the barbeque.

“BBQ Brunch has been in the works for quite some time, and we’re stoked to be starting the new year with this new venture,” said Peters. “Texas-style barbecue is rooted in specific fundamentals and traditions that we take seriously, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for growth and innovation. 2023 will be a big year for Holy ‘Que Smokehouse.”

Owned and operated by Pitmaster Tom Peters, Holy ‘Que Smokehouse has been a hit with locals and visitors of nearby Peddler’s Village since opening in November 2020. Peters is a self-taught Pitmaster who spent six years perfecting the art of Texas-style barbecue following a trip to Austin, Texas. He was inspired by the craft and blown away by the simplicity of this particular cuisine, which incorporates three elements: salt, pepper, and smoke. Peters’ menu is heavily influenced by traditional BBQ – incorporating smoked meats, classic sides, and decadent sweet treats typically found in the southern states.

Holy ‘Que Smokehouse operates Friday and Saturday from 11:30 am - 7 pm and Sunday from 12 - 4 pm or until sold out. BBQ Brunch will be available during service every Sunday starting on January 8.
