PHILADELPHIA - The Dutch, the popular breakfast and lunch eatery with a focus on reinventing the Pennsylvania Dutch classics, has made a move from Pennsport to East Passyunk Avenue with its new location officially open for service, boasting a robust brunch menu with dinner service and a full bar program to come by mid-March.

Experience Brunch Classics, All-New Dinner Fare, Fond Favorites

After nearly six years serving brunch-goers on the corner of Fourth and Cross Streets in South Philadelphia, The Dutch closed the original location and relocated to 1537 S 11th Street, former home to Fond, The Dutch’s sister restaurant, which closed in December 2021.

Fans of the popular bruncherie can experience their go-to dishes, including Ana Banana Pancakes, Rings Bologna Eggs Benedict, and Savory Dutch Baby, with the addition of brand-new fare, and for the first time ever – a bountiful dinner menu featuring hearty, country-style cuisine and full bar program.

Executive Chef Kevin Watters, chief of The Dutch since opening in April 2016, has crafted an extensive brunch and dinner menu, with highlights including the following:

Chef and Owner Lee Styer is adding a touch of Fond to the menu with signature dishes such as Chicken Liver Mousse ($13), Roasted Mushroom Soup ($12), Pork Belly ($26) with olive oil mashed potatoes, chimichurri, and pickled vegetables.

Imbibers can select from an extensive, expertly crafted beverage menu global wines, craft beer, and seasonal cocktails with standout sippers, including Final Word composed of rye, lemon, maraschino, and green chartreuse, and The Matador crafted with tequila and passionfruit, available on the dinner menu. In addition to craft cocktails, The Dutch will offer prosecco on tap for sipping as is, or for Mimosas.
