Human guests must be over 21 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This activity is suitable for families. "The Humane Society of Pennsylvania is thrilled to be a part of this year's Bark Bowl event at Craft Hall," said Gillian Koche, Director of Communications for the Humane Society of Pennsylvania.

A way for the community, including our furry members, to interact," FCM said. "Not only will this event invite dog owners to celebrate this great game, it will also bring much-needed attention to those dogs who are still looking for family. We can't wait to introduce these families to their new MVP."

"We can't watch birds play football, so we can watch adorable dogs! What's not to love?

Puppies, pints, know you're raising money for a great cause - I can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday afternoon. "Continuing this valuable collaboration with this delightful event, even in the colder months. Come and bring your puppy: we can't wait to bring some joy to the Super Bowl and Valentine's Day weekend."

The first-ever Philadelphia Bark Bowl will bring all the sweetness and pain of watching Philadelphia's favorite team lose in the Big Game. Bark Bowl will serve as a local riff from the famous Puppy Bowl, filled with the same sweetness, lines, and pun references (anyone, ruff erice?).

This event is a joint project of the Craft Hall team and the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PSPCA). For this event, the Craft Hall will feature the city's only open-air beer garden and dog park, Unleashed Bark and Beer, where puppies can warm up. Still, the main event will be in a dedicated pet dog park created just for the occasion. Entry for all rampant puppies will be on Columbus Boulevard, through the Puppy Porch, or through the main entrance to Craft Hall. The PSPCA will be with the adoptees and talk about the adoption process.

In the pop-up dog park, artificial turf will create a "field" for competitions. Stadium backdrops and photo booth props can be used for photos with dogs. PSPCA dogs will be in touch with their trainers in their VIP area and be the "cheerleaders" for the event.

For the competition, visitor dogs will be divided into two teams that will compete in the games listed below. The winner will be the Bark Bowl Champions 2022 team. Big Game - Dogs in two teams will be housed in two end zones, with bandanas of different colors. There will be more chew toys with a 10 minute timer.

Fumble Recovery - All dogs line up and are given a football toy so they can run to pick it up. Each time a toy crosses the end zone, this is a point for that team. There will be a formal "trial" and some comments to make sure all dogs are "good athletes." Any dog that comes to mind will be an MVP.

Agility Course - Look for small cones and hoops to jump around to warm up before games. Interval Show - Puppies will have a bubble show where they will race and clap to their heart's content. At this time, Craft Hall will announce the big winner of the Philly's Barkie Award 2022 Online Voting Contest

For food, drink, and fundraising purposes, the PSPCA will be selling their pint glasses - a free pour with the purchase of a glass. A dollar from purchasing any human puppy-themed cocktail will also be donated to the PSPCA. For puppies, check out Craft Hall and Unleashed Bark and Beer's Dog Dogua Fresca, made with fresh fruits or vegetables and mixed with coconut water until smooth.

Before mixing, any skins or seeds that may not be safe for dogs are removed. They are served as an 8-ounce mix to add to your dog's water bowl.

Enter the Craft Hall home competition ahead of Saturday's big event and win the first-ever Philly's Barkie Award! It's simple, easy, and fun! Contestants must post a photo of their puppy on Instagram, tag @crafthallphilly, and use #Barkie #Barkbowl2022. Every like and comment is a vote.
