PHILADEPHIA PA - For the second time, just a week of a winter storm is likely to dump approximately 5 to 7 inches of snow throughout the Delaware Valley, South Jersey, and Philadelphia region.

The coastal storm is expected to be a quick-moving, starting early in the morning Sunday at 4:00 AM. And should taper off around 4:00 PM just in time for the Super Bowl kickoff.

Expect heavy snow and low visibility as well as dangerous driving conditions during the storm's heavy periods.
