Philadelphia, Pa - Philly AIDS Thrift announces two new special events to celebrate their 15th Anniversary - and to raise critical funds to support local HIV/AIDS organizations.

In years past, PAT would close the street for a giant fall block party with thousands of supporters and shoppers. Due to the global pandemic, the local non-profit had to think out of the box and rethink their largest and single most important fundraising events for the year.

On Wednesday, October 14, 2020, Philly AIDS Thrift, in collaboration with Philadelphia Film Society, presents Philly AIDS Thrift 15th Anniversary Drive-In Movie Night Featuring Tim Burton's Beetlejuice.

PAT Co-Founders Christina Kallas-Saritsoglou and Tom Brennan couldn't think of a better way to honor the milestone and to celebrate their favorite time of year. Halloween and the spooky season is not only a favorite with the founders and staff, but PAT is also known as one of the top spots in the region to get costumes, accessories, and decor for Halloween.

Repeat after us: Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, BEETLEJUICE! Say his name and he will appear. Guests at the drive-in will be greeted by the legend himself - and each and every car will enjoy a bag of Halloween treats to enjoy during the movie.

Along with the drive-in movie night PAT also announces their big anniversary sale on October 8th to 11th with discounts off the whole store, plus birthday cake!

Money raised from the drive-in and the sale will help push Philly AIDS Thrift towards a very special and giant monetary milestone to be announced soon.
