Important weather updates for one of the busiest festival weekends of the fall season. Due to the impending storm and weather, we have unfortunate news to share about a bunch of festivals and events for this weekend being CANCELLED or POSTPONED.
* New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival - CANCELLED
Due to weather, the committee has decided to cancel the event for 2023 - there is no other way to make this weekend work, and no rain date was available.
* Joey Chops Exotic Car Show - POSTPONED
Due to the weather, Joey Chops and partners have postponed the exotic car show for this weekend - the new date will be Sunday, October 1st. I will issue a full release on this by tomorrow.
* New Ridge Brewing Company Taps Under the Towers - POSTPONED
The first Taps Under the Towers to benefit Friends of the Wissahickon is now postponed to Saturday, October 21, 2023.
* Oktoberfest on the Square in Haddon Township - POSTPONED
Brauhaus Schmitz announces the 5th Annual Oktoberfest on the Square is postponed to Saturday, September 30th.
* Nightmare Before Tinsel Halloween Bar - POSTPONED
Due to weather affecting the workshop and the installation process and transfer from the workshop to the space - and finishing of construction, Tinsel is now postponed to early to mid-October. The media event for next week is CANCELLED - a new date will be released later in September.
