Philadelphia, PA – The Darren Daulton Foundation (DDF) is hosting a series of fundraising events this fall to help financially assist those fighting malignant brain tumors. The events include the 10th annual Golf Outing, a new Fall Classic, and Celebrity Bartending Night.
Join The Foundation for a Fall Classic, Celebrity Bartending, and Golf Outing!
On Sunday, September 17th, the DDF will host its first-ever Fall Classic at the Chesapeake Inn & Marina. Guests will join Foundation Ambassadors Tommy Greene, Mickey Morandini, Ruben Amaro Jr., Danny Jackson, and Phillies alumni including Dickie Noles, Dave Hollins, Wes Chamberlain, Steve Jeltz and Scott Eyre plus Flyers legend Bernie Parent. Attendees will enjoy a delicious buffet, an open bar, a live DJ, raffles and an auction. Tickets are $75 and can be purchased here.
Then on Sunday October 8th at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia there will be a Celebrity Bartending Night featuring Foundation Ambassadors and Phillies Alumni. Guests can choose from two ticket options - VIP ($100) or GA ($50). Both tickets include hors d’oeuvres and drink specials with the VIP ticket also including early admission at 12:30 p.m., exclusive access to the celebrities and a half-hour open bar. The 10th annual Golf Outing will take place on Monday October 9th at Huntingdon Valley Country Club with ACME Markets returning as the Title Sponsor for the fifth year in a row. Participants of the Golf Outing can expect a round of golf followed by a helicopter golf ball drop, silent auction, cocktail reception and dinner with Phillies alumni in attendance. This event is sold out but donations are still accepted here.
Since its inception in 2013 The Darren Daulton Foundation has granted over $400K to almost 200 recipients in need of financial assistance while fighting malignant brain tumors - making this 10th year of fundraising especially meaningful for all involved!
