PHILADELPHIA - After weather-related disruptions started Monday, the number of cancellations and delays at Philadelphia International Airport continued on Tuesday.

There were initially less than 12 delays and cancellations in the Tuesday morning hours. By noon, cancellations and delays had risen to more than thirty.

According to the FAA, several airports were affected by the weather on Tuesday. Passengers are now having to wait longer to depart town.

Officials at the airport said that smaller regional carriers were the first to be affected, and now the more prominent airlines are adjusting their flight schedules.
