Cafe Vine is now open to the general public due to the high student demand. The program now includes a Pastry and Baking Program overseen by Sofiane Belal, a Chef/Teacher, using new, state-of-the-art Polin equipment. Students will work summer jobs at Cafe Vine, while the public will have take-out and outdoor seating.

Jason Corosanite explains that Cafe Vine offers a unique experience for students. He explained, "What makes it unique is that our students perform all aspects of running the café--from importing and roasting the coffee to making all the products on-site and managing business and marketing. This immersive experience will prepare students for possible culinary/business careers.
