PHILADELPHIA - Chefs in Residency at Volver is back for a second season with a new lineup of featured chefs. The first season featured six chefs, including Chef DeMarco of Poi Dog Philly, Chef Phila Lorn of Terrain, Chef Jezabel Careaga, and Jennifer Zavala of Yoon. The program returns in the fall with a brand new line-up.

The program features a special pre-theatre menu created by Chefs in Residency. The menu features dishes from both the featured menu and the Resident Chef's menu at a fixed price. The Volver will also feature a special happy hour with extraordinary drink selections.

Chefs in Residency at Volver are offered a unique opportunity for local and national chefs to showcase their individual talents. The Volver team aims to support local chefs in their hometowns and chefs from underrepresented groups in the kitchen. Each chef in Residency brings a signature dish that is showcased on the Volver menu for six to eight weeks. The current Volver's residency series continues through the end of the year.

Guests can explore the intersection of cooking and culture, experience Philadelphia's local artisans and purveyors, and partake in an ultimate dining experience. The chefs also help select hand-selected wines and cocktails to complement their menus. So, if you missed this year's event, don't miss out on season two.
