PHILADELPHIA - Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia, the Parisian-inspired dinner party, announced that their 10th event would pop up in a secret location on Thursday, August 18th.
The announcement was made last night at the Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia Preview Party held at the Grand Court at Macy’s Center City.
“We are thrilled to bring the Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia Preview Party back after two years, and we can’t thank Macy’s Center City enough for hosting us. There was a lot of excitement, and guests are looking forward to celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the event on August 18th.” -said Natanya DiBona, Co-Host of Le Diner en Blanc Philadelphia.
Guests of the Preview Party enjoyed tastings from Feast Your Eyes, the event’s catering partner; fashion illustrations from Denise Fike; music from DJ Sean Smoove; and a Table Decorating Contest (Theme: “Celebrating 10 Years of Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia”) that featured area designers, florists and event planners. For the first time ever, there were two Grand Prize contest winners; Aisha Leone (Franklin Square Table) and Marie Cosgrove (Philadelphia Navy Yard Table), and the People’s Choice Winner was Melissa May Designs (Avenue of the Arts/Broad Street Table). Contest Judges included: Sheila Watko, NBC 10; Loree Jones, Chief Executive Officer, Philabundance, Zoya Egan of Zoya Egan Millinery; and Bill Benson, Visual Designer, Macy’s Center City.
