PHILADELPHIA - Constellation Culinary Group continues its Chef-in-Residence series at The Philadelphia Museum of Art. This weekend they're welcoming Monica Glass, one of Philadelphia's best pastry chefs who takes on a wellness-centric approach to pastry, specializing in gluten-free.


Monica has worked for world-renowned kitchens, including Gotham Bar and Grill and Le Bernardin in NYC; she's a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach. She's created a custom gluten-free menu, available at the Philadelphia Museum of Art this weekend only!

About Chef Monica Glass

Monica Glass is an award-winning pastry chef, nationally celebrated recipe creator, and health and wellness enthusiast.

As a renowned pastry chef living with Celiac disease, she has been recognized with numerous "Best Pastry Chef" awards from Food & Wine Magazine, Boston Magazine, and Zagat and named a Food Network's ChoppedSweets Champion in 2021. Monica has worked with some of the nation's premier chefs, restaurants, and brands, such as Gotham Bar and Grill and Le Bernardin in NYC, Clio in Boston, The Ritz Carlton, KitchenAid, and California Walnut.

And after 17 years of working in high prestige, high volume kitchens, Monica recognized the need to bring balance to her life and her food. She became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach via the acclaimed Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Today, through both her food and her teaching, Monica is dedicated to empowering others with the confidence, creativity, and intuition to mindfully transform their relationship with food and create a nourished, joyful life through the kitchen.
