Philadelphia, PA – Philadelphia Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred shortly after midnight on Tuesday, Aug 22, 2023. According to investigators, officers on patrol spotted two speeding vehicles, a blue Dodge Charger and a white Dodge Charger, traveling eastbound on Castor and Aramingo Avenues.
The white Dodge Charger struck a pedestrian crossing the street and fled the scene. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
