PHILADELPHIA - The New Wells Fargo Center, in partnership with its concessionaire, Aramark, today announced its full lineup of new food and beverage offerings coming to the arena for the 2022-2023 events season. This season’s new offerings include Buena Onda, and Chef Jose Garces’ famed taqueria inspired by the spirit and good vibes of Mexico's Baja Peninsula. This is the first time Chef Garces brings his famed taqueria to a sports and entertainment venue.
The new lineup of concessions will be available at the arena starting this Thursday, October 13, during the Philadelphia Flyers season opener against the New Jersey Devils. The culinary experience at Wells Fargo Center will satisfy all appetites with a wide range of offerings including fan favorites, health-conscious items, and local flavors. In addition to arena classics, the new offerings at Wells Fargo Center will include interesting new takes on Philly’s cheesesteaks, reinvented interpretations of classic sandwiches, and new milkshake flavors sure to satisfy every sweet tooth!
“We’re opening an outpost of Buena Onda at the Wells Fargo Center to go along with Garces Eats up on the club level,” said Chef Jose Garces. “Philly is a sports city, and the fans are as passionate about their teams as I am about food. I wanted to do my part to give these fans fresh and delicious options while they cheer (or jeer) at the game. We’re bringing our good vibes to the concourse experience. We can all agree on tacos regardless of what happens on the court or the ice. And Buena Bowls. And Guac.”

Buena Onda and its story date back to 2015, when Garces launched his first-ever fast-casual restaurant in Philadelphia. The menu is designed to be Chef's ode to fish tacos and chill vibes, inspired by the Baja peninsula’s culture, seafood shacks, and taquerías. Menu items will include:
